Morris Only Candidate With Law Enforcement Experience

elected Slidell Chief of Police. Ben Morris worked for more than a decade as a Federal
Narcotics agent for the DEA working cases ranging from street level dealers all the way
up to major drug traffickers.
“After deciding to run for congress, I was approached by many senior Law Enforcement
officers who have served with me during my 20 years in Law Enforcement who wanted
to be apart of our campaign,” stated Morris.
The Coalition’s mission is to use their experience in Law Enforcement to ensure that Louisiana has a congressman in Washington who will stand up for the police on the streets who put there lives at risk everyday.
“Every one of these individuals has an impressive track record in law enforcement and I am proud to have served with them all,” continued Morris. “As a former Police Chief and DEA Agent, I can tell you that the members of the Coalition care deeply about our community and the officers on the street. They know the value of having a Congressman with my background, someone who understands what needs to be done to fight crime,” concluded Ben Morris.
